Ionic Structure conduct electricity when in molten or liquid(dissolved) state,due to the prescence of mobile ions only when its is not a solid

Metallic structure conduct liquid in both solid and liquid as they have a sea of mobile electrons either in solid or liquid state

Giant Covalent being possesed no mobile ions ,do not conduct electricity due to the strong covalent bonding among them
